It is important to us that you are aware of any and all costs up front, before we do anything. After your initial consultation, once a preliminary diagnosis has been made, and appropriate treatment has been recommended, we will discuss any associated costs with you, prior to moving forward with anything. We will submit claims to your medical insurance for most procedures, but we are not under contract with any insurance companies, so they will reimburse you directly for any procedures that are covered.
We are happy to make flexible payment arrangements with you, so that you can pay for your treatment over a period of time, in a way that fits best into your budget. If you feel there is value in what we have to offer, we want to do our best to make treatment available to you.
We strive to deliver the highest level care possible, while keeping costs reasonable for our patients. Because of this, we generally expect payment at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, as well as cash and personal checks.
