Financing Options

passionate about helping your joints function smoothly, quietly, and comfortably,
so that you can go about your daily life without pain or limitation, while at the
same time protecting your airway so that you can breathe more easily, and sleep
more peacefully.
We do understand that everyone has unique financial circumstances, and we are
happy to work with you to create an individualized payment arrangement that
will fit your budget.
We do offer financing through CareCredit. This popular financing company offers
a 12 month, interest-free option, as well as longer term repayment options with
interest. Financing is subject to credit approval.

Insurance
If you are eligible for insurance benefits, we will file your claims for you. Payment is still due at the time of service, benefits will be sent to you directly.
Please remember that your plan is based on the kind of policy your employer chose for you and is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Balances over 60 days old will be assessed a monthly finance charge of 1.5% until paid in full.
